These writ appeals have been filed against the common judgment dated 15.10.2014 in a batch of writ petitions, by which, the writ petitions were disposed of by the learned Single Judge, seeing that since the goods have already been released, no further orders are required. The issue raised in these appeals have already been decided by us in another batch of Writ Appeals, W.A. No.907 of 2015 and connected cases. Since the law has already been settled in the aforesaid cases, nothing survives to be considered in the present appeals.
Accordingly, taking note of the judgment in W.A.No.907 of 2015 and connected cases, these writ appeals are also disposed of.
