The review petition is filed essentially for effecting a correction in the figures shown in the judgment dated 25.3.2015.
On a perusal of the averments in the review petition, I am satisfied that the judgment under review contains a typographical mistake with regard to the figure that is shown in paragraph 3(i). Accordingly, the review petition is allowed by recalling the judgment so as to effect the correction of the figure of Rs.8,973/- shown in paragraph 3(i) of the judgment to read as Rs.89,373/-. The review petition is allowed and the writ petition is taken up for disposal.
