Learned standing counsel for the Travancore Devaswom Board submits that this DBA is unnecessary, since the order sought for was already issued by this Court in DBA No.10 of 2013. The Registrar General's report dated 30.06.2015 along with the communication from the Assistant Controller, Central Laboratory, Kakkanad shall be retained, appropriately, by the Registry for future utility in similar matters and will be made available to the Bench as and when necessary. With such directions to the Registry, this DBA is dismissed.
