The accused in C.C.674/2014 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate’s Court-III, Punalur, which has arisen from Crime No.421/14 of the Punalur Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 427 read with Section 34 of IPC, have come up under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for getting all proceedings pursuant to Annexures A1 and A2 in the said case, quashed.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and on a perusal of the records, this Court do not find anything at present to interfere with the matter. It is for the petitioners to co-operate with the trial and continue with the trial. This Court is not making any opinion with regard to the

correctness or otherwise of the case. It is too premature at present to say that the offences will not lie against the petitioners. Matters being so, this Crl.M.C. is only to be dismissed, and I do so.
