The matter was referred to Adalath vide order of this Court dated 15.10.2014. Thereafter, a joint statement of the appellant and the 1st respondent, counter signed by the Adalath, has been filed. It indicates that, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that, in the light of the settlement arrived at, the money due to be paid of 4 lakhs has been received.
