JUDGMENT
This appeal is of the year 2004. In the appeal the petitioner seeks to assail the order passed by the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-II, Ernakulam dated 1.4.2004 dismissing C.C.No.1927/2000 and acquitting the accused therein under section 256(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. When this matter was taken on 24.6.2015 there was no representation and even when this matter is taken up for consideration today, there is no representation, for the appellant. In the said circumstances, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
