JUDGMENT
In an affidavit filed by the 1st respondent on today, it is stated that a proceedings was already issued by the Chief Conservator of Forests on 6.4.2015 ordering restoration of possession with respect to the property covered under the judgment in O.A.No.80/1998. It is also mentioned that a further proceedings was issued by the 1st respondent on 7.4.2015 to the effect of restoring the property in question. It is also stated in the affidavit that a Mahazar was prepared with respect to restoration of the property and the physical possession was already handed over to the petitioner.
