2.Petitioner apprehends that he will be arrested by the Kerala Police on the allegation that he is involved in Crime No.263 of 2014 of Agripada Police Station, Mumbai which has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 120 (B), read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3.The learned Public Prosecutor submits that Kerala Police
have no intention to arrest him.
