JUDGMENT
This Writ Petition was filed for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in all the examinations, both practical and written for final year B.Sc. Degree Examination for the subjects mentioned in Ext.P1 Hall Ticket. An interim order was passed at the time of admission, on 24.3.2009, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the remaining papers of the B.Sc Degree final year examinations, clearly on provisional basis and subject to further orders in the Writ Petition. It is seen that the petitioner has not pursued the matter any further till this time.
In the above circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed.
