Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Standing
Counsel for the third respondent and the learned Government Pleader.
decision on the request made by the petitioner for a no objection certificate to start a new retail dealership outlet under the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. at Pulpally Junction, Wayanad District. It is apparent that such a decision is not being taken based on the rules framed by the State Government. However, the issue has been dealt with in Ext.P9 interim order produced along with the writ petition. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to take a decision in this regard in the light of Ext.P9 interim order issued by this Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of Ext.P9 interim order along with a certified copy of this Judgment before the first respondent for appropriate action. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
