JUDGMENT
Manjula Chellur, C.J.
Petitioner is before us seeking police protection alleging that on account of altercation between his father and party respondents over Jeelani Study Centre enmity has ensued between the parties. According to him, his father was seriously injured in an attack and he was hospitalised. He apprehends danger to his life at the hands of the party respondents.
In the light of such situation, we direct respondent police to keep a close vigil on the activities of the petitioner as well as party respondents in order to ensure law and order maintenance in the locality.
