J U D G M E N T
The petitioner was a member of the 'Oppana' team of the Government High School, Kaniyambetta, Wayanad district, who took part in the Sub District level Kalolsavam held on 02.12.2013. The case of the petitioner is that, despite the best performance of the petitioner's team, they were awarded only the second prize with 'A' Grade, as a result of which they are not
in a position to participate in the District Level Kalolsavam. Alleging that the merit rating was wrong and contending that the audio quality was poor, the petitioner preferred an appeal as prescribed, but the same came to be rejected as per Ext.P2 order dated 14.12.2013 passed by the third respondent. It is also brought on record that, though the petitioner had approached the Vacation Court (District Court at Kalpetta) seeking for a mandatory injunction, interference was declined and the petition was dismissed as not maintainable, as per Ext.P3 order dated 30.12.2013, in I.A.No.422 of 2013 in CMP No.36/2013. The petitioner has approached this Court in the said circumstance.

In the said circumstance, this Court does not find any tenable ground to call for interference. Interference is declined and the writ petition is dismissed .
