The petitioner approached the 3rd respondent for publishing Ext.P4 notice in the official gazette to the effect that the original sale deeds, by which the petitioner's husband purchased some properties, are lost. The 3rd respondent rejected the request by Ext.P5.

In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that there is no justification for interfering with the impugned order.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
