When the application came up for hearing today, the State Attorney filed a statement stating that the investigation has been

now handed over to the Inspector of Police, Kuthiathodu. When this was pointed out to the learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that in view of the above development, the petition can be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this court later if the result of the investigation is not satisfactory. The above submission of the Counsel for petitioner is recorded and the petition is disposed of with above liberty.
