JUDGMENT
The only limited request in this writ petition is that the petitioner's request for mutation based on Ext.P1 shall be considered. The petitioner would submit that based on Ext.P9, he is entitled for the mutation of the property.
In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Revenue Officials to effect mutation based on Ext.P2. However, it is made clear any proceedings in accordance with law against the property will not be affected by transfer of registry.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
