JUDGMENT
Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, J.
Respondents 3 to 5 appear through counsel. Adv. Anu Sivaraman, learned counsel appearing for Damodaran Nambudiri, the additional respondent says that her client claims to be the owner of the property in question and that yet another writ petition is pending before this Court. We think that on the totality of the facts and circumstances, if we issue any direction to the police to grant protection as sought for, that will only precipitate the matter against law and justice.

Hence, it is ordered that respondents 1 and 2 shall
ensure that law and order is maintained. All other matters
are left open. This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
