Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the harassment of revenue officials. It is admitted that the property is included in the draft Data Bank. Petitioner has approached the Local Level Monitoring Committee to correct or remove the property from the draft Data Bank.
Without prejudice to the petitioner to pursue that remedy, the Writ Petition is closed.
