JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a retired employee of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC), who retired on 31.03.2011. He was absented from duty for the period from 01.11.2004 to 31.03.2011. He had submitted applications supported by Medical Certificate seeking leave with respect to the said period. But the said leave applications were not considered and the monthly pension is not sanctioned and disbursed, despite submission of all requisite documents referred under Ext.P3 request. The petitioner had submitted Ext.P2 request before the 1st respondent for sanctioning and disbursal of the monthly pension, along with other terminal benefits. Since the request was also not considered, this writ petition is filed.
