The prayer in this writ petition is for a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding respondents 3 and 4 to renew the document writer's licence issued to the petitioner. When the writ petition came up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the document writer's licence has been renewed and the petitioner has no subsisting grievance. In the light of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
