The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a
direction to the Electricity Board to assign to the petitioner 3M2 of land, which is necessary for facilitating access to the petitioner's residential building.

that the concerned authority has to obtain certain clarification with regard to Ext.P4 from the Government.
of the view that a time limit has to be fixed for completing the valuation in terms of Ext.P4. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of as under:
Respondent Board Authorities shall take appropriate steps for completing the proceedings in terms of Ext.P4 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
