This writ petition is filed commanding respondents to accept chitty subscription from the petitioners. Petitioners have subscribed various chitties with respondents. Petitioners have committed default in payment, as per the statement filed by the respondents the defaulted amount is Rs.24,20,737/- as on 20.6.2007. The petitioners wants to regularise the chitties. Petitioners also have prized chitty and the petitioners mortgaged their landed properties. It seems there is defaulted prized chitty as well. In the statement filed by the respondents it is stated that the petitioners can still remit the instalments of chitty and the petitioners have to approach the authorities for regularising the chitty and they will consider the matter. In view of the above it is open for the petitioners to pursue any negotiation
