Petitioner has approached this Court apprehending coercive steps by the Police (respondents 1 and 2) by the Police who are allegedly dancing to the tune of respondents 3 and 4.

them, the petitioner has been threatened and is being summoned to the police station directing him to construct a compound wall just in front of the property belonging to the petitioner. The fact is that petitioner does not have any financial basis for the same and this made the petitioner to file this Writ Petition.

above submission is recorded.
