Petitioner has approached this Court complaining about the illegal quarrying operation done by the party respondents herein. According to the petitioner, the quarrying operation is being done without any valid licence or permission from the local authorities.

the quarry. However, in view of the fact that stop memo is already issued and the 6th respondent had stopped all the quarrying operation, there is no necessity to consider this writ petition on merits. It is always open for the 6th respondent to challenge the stop memo, in accordance with the procedure prescribed.
Under these circumstances, there is no necessity to issue any orders in this writ petition and accordingly the same is dismissed.
