This writ petition is filed against the eviction of bunk shop. This writ petition is of the year 2005. Considering the nature of the reliefs sought for in this writ petition, I am
of the view that this matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. However, if the petitioners have any further grievance, they are free to approach this court based on any fresh cause of action.
