All these Writ Appeals have been filed by the Kerala Public Service Commission against the interim orders passed by the learned Single Judge in different Writ Petitions. The learned Single Judge has directed the Commission to advice from rank list. The Writ Petitions are still pending before the learned Single Judge.

Since the dispute is still pending before the learned Single Judge, we do not find any good ground to interfere with the interim orders passed by the learned Single Judge. Leaving all the issues open to be considered before the learned Single Judge, we close all these Writ Appeals permitting the parties to raise all their contentions in the pending Writ Petitions.
