The petitioner is before us aggrieved by the judgment of the learned the learned Single Judge. A conditional order of stay was granted in favour of the appellant. However, the statutory appellate authority has disposed of the appeal on merits, which becomes subject matter of challenge, if any of the parties to the proceedings is aggrieved by the same.
In the light of said position, the present appeal need not be considered and accordingly the same is closed.
