Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan, J.
Heard learned counsel for the review petitioners and learned Assistant Solicitor General. The limited grievance of the review petitioners is that the grant of benefit to them as per the judgment sought to be reviewed is to be at par with benefits given to Mr.S.G.Jain, subject to financial restrictions imposed as per the judgment; however that, the establishment had given further promotion benefits to persons who are still juniors to Mr.S.G.Jain, the applicant in O.A.No.582 of 2002 of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur Bench. If the petitioners herein have a legal right to make any claim with reference to any such promotions given to any other person, that would obviously be one giving rise to independent cause of action and the judgment sought to be reviewed would not

stand in the way of the petitioners seeking the relief before the appropriate authorities, including Tribunals and Courts on the basis of any such cause of action. With this clarification, this review petition is ordered.
