In the judgment which is sought to be reviewed, this Court had merely recorded the submission of the learned Government Pleader

that the Administrator had taken steps to convene the General Body meeting at which the amendment will be placed. In fact, passing of the amendment was stayed by this Court in W.P. (C).27278/2011. This was brought to the notice of this Court and hence, a stay was granted in the above Review Petition.

There is no appearance for the

petitioner since the learned counsel earlier appearing on behalf of the petitioner has relinquished vakkalath. The learned counsel has also made such a submission before this Court long back, when the Review Petition was posted.
