This review petition is filed by the petitioners in the writ petition.

¶30

Perusal of the grounds urged on behalf of the review petitioners indicates that they seek for a rehearing of the entire writ petition. The grounds raised in the review petition have not been urged at the time of hearing of the writ petition despite the fact that the petitioners had sufficient opportunity for the same. Hence I do not think that any of the grounds mentioned herein warrants interference by way of review. That apart, several parties had preferred appeal against the judgment sought to be reviewed.

In the result, there is no error apparent on the face of the record and accordingly the review petition is dismissed.
