Original Petition is filed seeking a direction directing the Family Court, Kollam to dispose of I.A.No.2537/2008 and I.A.No.1227/12 in O.P.No.977/2008, copy marked as Exts.P1 and P2. The said applications are pending consideration.

The limited prayer is for speedy disposal of both applications. In view of the limited prayer, we are of the view that the original petition can be disposed of without issuing notice to the respondents. Accordingly, the original petition is disposed of directing the Family Court, Kollam to dispose of Exts.P1 and P2 applications, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of
