The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the case files were taken by the appellant stating that compromise talks were going on and the learned counsel for the appellant does not have any files. In these circumstances, the FAO is closed. If the matter is not settled, appellant would be entitled to file a memo within one month from today, in which case the appeal shall stand restored and it will be posted for orders.
