aged 27 years and since she is not involved in any crime, there is no necessity to send her to Mahila Mandiram. Therefore, in the interests of justice, this Criminal Revision Petition has to be allowed.
Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is allowed. The Judicial First Class Magistrate, Malappuram is directed to release the petitioner from Mahila Mandiram and set her at liberty on production of a copy of this order.
