ORDER
The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the revision petitioner expired on 21/8/2011 and he filed a memo to that effect also. Thereafter, he has no instruction from the legal heirs of the revision petitioner. Hence it could reasonably be presumed that the legal representatives are not interested in prosecuting this matter. Consequently, this revision petition will stand dismissed for nonprosecution.
