After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file application for discahrge before the concerned Magistrate Court taking all contentions raised by him in this petition. Permission is granted and the petition is dismsised as withdrawn with the above liberty.
