JUDGMENT
This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience with the directions of this Court in the judgment dated 23.10.2013 in W.P.(C) No.10532/2013. As per the said judgment this Court directed the second respondent to consider the proposal extending the benefit of Ext.P4 revision order submitted by the first respondent, to the employees of the IHRD and institutions under IHRD. When this matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned Government Pleader made available a copy of G.O.(Ms) No.939/14/H.Edn dated 9.12.2014. A perusal of the same would reveal that orders have been issued extending the benefits of the 9th pay revision to the employees of IHRD and the institutions under it. In the said circumstances, recording the said facts, this contempt case is closed.
