JUDGMENT
This matter has been pending before this Court for a considerable time, as various authorities are involved for disbursement of benefits to the petitioner. The petitioner herein was the petitioner in W.P.(C) No.18046/2005. By Annexure IV judgment the said writ petition was disposed of on 13.1.2011, wherein this Court directed the respondent herein to accept the revised option submitted by the petitioner as detailed in Ext.P5 and to refix the pay and pension within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment and disburse the consequential monetary benefits.
