J U D G M E N T
Non -compliance of the direction given by this Court as per Annexure-I judgment dated 23.09.2014 made the petitioner to approach this Court by filing this Contempt of Court case.
Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submits that the direction has already been complied with and that an order has been passed on 29.10.2014 (a copy of the same is placed for perusal of this Court); simultaneously adding that the proceedings were finalised after issuing notice to all concerned.
In the above circumstance, this Court does not find it necessary to proceed with further steps in this Contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt of Court Case is closed without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the petitioner or other aggrieved parties, if any, to challenge the said order if the same stands detrimental to the rights and interests of the concerned party.
