JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court alleging wilful
disobedience to the directions given by this Court as per Annexure A1 judgment dated 18.06.2014 in WP(C) No.31583 of 2011. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the parties on either side that, W.A. No.1276 of 2014 is pending before the Division Bench.
This Court does not find it necessary to keep the matter pending. The contempt matter is closed, without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the petitioner to move the Court, in accordance with law, if at all any occasion arises.
