Petitioner is the 2nd accused in Crime No.670/2013 of Murikkassery Police Station. First accused is her son. The offences alleged against them are punishable under Secs.448 and 506(i) r/w 34 of IPC and Sec.11(iv) r/w 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

But, her parents were not supporting their marriage and that was why the girl consumed kerosene. It is further submitted that the first accused surrendered before the court and he was granted regular bail by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge.
The petitioner shall surrender before the Investigating Officer within seven days from today. After interrogation the accused shall be produced before the learned Magistrate. When applied for bail by the accused, the learned Magistrate will grant bail to the petitioner but on the following conditions:
