is registered against the petitioner in the Erattupetta Police Station. The above submission of the learned Public Prosecutor is recorded. In the light of the above submission, the apprehension of the petitioner that he will be arrested in a non-bailable offence is baseless and as such, the present
application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
Accordingly, the above petition stand dismissed.
