According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with some non bailable offences.
the learned Public Prosecutor. The learned Public Prosecutor has produced a report of the Sub Inspector of Police, Kuruppampady Police Station, which reveals that no crime has been registered against the petitioner so far and the police does not want to arrest the petitioner at present in connection with any non bailable offences. The said report is recorded and this bail application is disposed of accordingly.
