Petitioners are accused in Crime No. 241/2014 of Mannarkkad Police Station which has been registered for the offence under Section 306 I.P.C. The victim was his neighbour. She was aged 30 years, married and had two children. On 06.03.2014, she committed suicide.

phone and harass her, which resulted in her committing suicide. The suicide note in the hand-writing of the victim is available in the case diary. It discloses that she had illicit relationship with the petitioner and it was found out and she was warned. She was very much disappointed about it and that was the reason why she committed suicide.
In the result, this petition is allowed.
