The petitioner is alleged to have made certain unauthorised constructions. Therefore, an application submitted by him for the issue of a Residential Certificate has not been considered by the first respondent so far. The petitioner seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of his application.

Advocate Babu Joseph Kuruvathazha appears for the respondents. According to the counsel, the application of the petitioner would be considered, in accordance with law and necessary orders would be passed thereon, without delay.

In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application and to pass appropriate orders
