Petitioner has approached this Court complaining of alleged
police harassment.
There is an order of injunction obtained by the 4th respondent. Petitions were received from the petitioner and the 4th respondent. Police called both parties. Realizing that it is a civil matter police has not registered any crime and that the police do not intend to harass the petitioner in connection with the said matter pending in the civil Court.
Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader the writ petition is closed.
