All that the petitioner prays is that she may be permitted to clear the overdue amount and get the loan account regularised. The period of the housing loan expires in the year 2022 and the overdue amount comes to about Rs.1,25,000/-.
This judgment will not disable the petitioner from pursuing Ext.P6 complaint before the 7th respondent if he is
