Petitioner herein is seeking for a direction to see
that audit of the accounts of the Temple Advisory Committee of Palliparambukavu temple, Tripunithura, will have to be completed within a time frame. The petitioner has produced in the writ petition Ext.P5 report made by the learned Ombudsman in a complaint filed by the petitioner himself, wherein the learned Ombudsman observed that while conducting the audit of the accounts of the Committee, the views of the complainant will also be taken into account and report prepared.

Superintendent of the Maramath Wing to conduct the auditing within one month. We record the same. The said Officer will take into account the objection of the petitioner also while conducting the auditing, for which the petitioner will transmit a copy of the objection within ten days from today.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
