The petitioner submits that he has already moved the third respondent for availing the benefit of the One Time Settlement Scheme. It is reported that the petitioner intends to sell the property to another with the concurrence of the bank and deposit the sale proceed in discharge of the loan liability. The petitioner therefore does not intend to prosecute the writ petition in the fashion in which it is filed.
The writ petition is disposed of without prejudice to the right of the petitioner as above.
