The petitioner alleges that though she and her husband are not accused in Crime No.1360/2013 of Kayamkulam Police Station, they are being harrased by the respondent. The fact that the petitioner and her husband are not accused in the above case, is confirmed by the learned Government Pleader. Further, he says that the house belonging to the petitioner was made use of the offence in the aforesaid crime and according to him, to their information, even subsequently, the same venue is made use for similar activities.
Clarifying the position as above, the writ petition is closed.
