The embargo prohibiting the petitioner in WP(C) No.22015 of 2006 for appearing in the screening test for practising in India has undergone a change by the Medical Council of India, a copy of which is retained in the brief, with effect from 16.4.2012. Therefore, writ petitions have become infructuous. All the contentions raised in the writ petitions shall remain open. Writ petitions are accordingly closed.
