J U D G M E N T

The only prayer urged at the time of hearing is for a direction to communicate the order granting permission to draw electricity supply line and to defer its implementation in the meanwhile. It is stated that the first respondent granted permission under Section 16(1) of the Indian Telegraph Act in this regard on 9-1-2013. The petitioner laments that the copy of the order has not so far been communicated to him by the office of the first respondent.

I direct the first respondent to issue a copy of the order dated 9-1-2013 granting permission to draw electricity supply line over the property of the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The implementation of the said order by actual drawing of electricity supply line shall be deferred for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
